I found out the big thing that I was wondering about Apple Cider Vinegar – Whether or not it helps the body’s PH and indeed it does. They suggest mixing in a little bit of ACV in your water as you sip it throughout the day. By doing this, you will help bring your body’s PH to a more alkaline state – which, of course, is very good.
